There is no better feeling than
seeking out the perfect gift for your loved ones at Christmas. As one of
the biggest UK High Street stores, Boots is the go-to place during the
festive season for Christmas essentials – and the new Boots Christmas
advert reflected this in all its festive glory.

The
new advert, which has clocked up nearly over 400,000 hits on YouTube, features multiple stories
showing real-life women, their friends and their families giving and receiving
gifts and inspiring their loved ones to do things that make them feel
good– from
getting back onto the dating scene to having their first shave.

And now, the endings to the tantalising stories have been revealed for the first time and are set to capture the hearts of viewers.

The first video shows a man giving his girlfriend a hairdryer for Christmas to encourage her to stay over at his more often, his housemate soon gets irritated by this

The three follow-up videos, which will air on TV this Saturday, track some of the characters in the 60 second montage of stories to
show how their Christmas gifts keep on giving into the coming days,
weeks and months ahead

The first follow-up video, entitled 'Housemate finds love' begins with a boyfriend presenting his girlfriend with a hairdryer identical to the one she owns.

Although she seems disappointed at first, she brightens up when the confusion is cleared and he says: 'Stay at mine more often'.

The sequential storyline shows his male housemate becoming annoyed by her presence when the noise of her new hairdryer keeps him awake and he finds her eyelash curlers in his bathroom cupboard.

But the tale concludes with her bringing round a ‘surprise present’ for his housemate – her hot friend.

Another storyline is ‘Four Seasons’ which shows two girls travelling in Thailand and one recieves a bag full of pampering goods from her mother.

They then decide to glam up and blag their way into a posh hotel for a fun night out to remember, only to find they prefer the party out on the beach after all.

And finally ‘Dating Mum’ shows the mother who is encouraged by her two daughters to get back on the dating scene after they buy her a box of make-up.

She is shown trying on a series of outfits as her daughters advise her on which one looks best whilst touching up her make-up for her.

After returning from a series of unsuccessful dates, she returns from one with a new love interest proving that her daughter's gifts have worked their magic and helped her find happiness.

Elizabeth Fagan, Marketing
Director of Boots UK said: 'Our customers tell us that they want to give gifts that keep on giving “feel good moments” well into the next year.

'We’re confident the buzz created by the advert, particularly via social media channels, will inspire the UK public to choose gifts that have a really positive impact on their loved one’s health and wellbeing – in a way only Christmas gifts from Boots UK can.'

The full 60-second advert aired to
the public for the first time last weekend during X Factor on Saturday
night-which draws in an average audience of 7.8 million- with the shorter
spin-off adverts following during the run up to Christmas.

Behind the scenes footage will be available on the Boots UK Facebook page from later today.
