Everyone knows that a style must of the gothic look is jet black hair but clearly Eva Green couldn't be bothered to perfect hers.
The 31-year-old actress arrived at the Dark Shadows London film premiere tonight sporting some dodgy roots that were in need of a dye job.
Green had gone all out with her vampish look tonight but her hair obviously wasn't at the top of her to-do list.

Vampish lady: The actress teamed a floor-length blue velvet gown with black heels and bright red lipstick
Instead, the French star concentrated on her outfit and make-up which consisted of a floor-length navy blue velvet dress which she teamed with bright red lipstick.
As she posed with her hands on her hip, Green made sure that the two bright gold cuffs she had worn stood out, and a pair of peep-toe heels could be seen underneath her dress.
In the upcoming film – which is directed by Tim Burton – Green plays Angelique Bouchard, a vengeful witch who plots a vendetta against Johhny Depp's character, Barnabas Collins and his family.
However, when asked what it was like to kiss her co-star, Depp, Green simply replied: 'Not bad.'

Not feeling the cold: The French star didn't need a coat as she posed outside The Empire in London's Leicester Square
Clearly Green's role in the film gave
her some great ideas for her dark look tonight, but someone who she
could have taken tips from is queen of goth – Helena Bonham Carter.
The 45-year-old, who is married to Burton, looked her usual quirky self as she arrived on the purple carpet wearing a striped ruffled dress that featured lots of black netting.
The dark-haired star teamed the long-sleeved garment with simple black heels and bright red lipstick and nail varnish.
As she posed with her husband – who was dressed entirely in black – she looked pleased to have once again collaborated with him on another one of his films.

Someone else who looked pretty pleased to be there was Australian actress Bella Heathcote.
The 24-year-old brunette looked stunning in a knee-length backless gown that showed off her slender figure.
Heathcote teamed the black and navy ensemble with black strapped heels and minimal make-up.
The young star takes on two roles in the film: Victoria Winters, who is a governess, and also Josette du Pres.

She was later spotted fooling around with Green as they posed by a large poster of Depp's character in the film.
Another actress who couldn't keep a smile off of her face was 15-year-old Chlo Moretz.
The teenager looked stunning in a dark red velvet dress which she wore with a chunky black waist belt and a 1980's red diamante ring by Susan Caplan.
The Kick-Ass star, who plays rebellious teenager Carolyn Stoddard in the film, wore her blonde hair in a loose wave and looked more than confident as she posed for photographs.

that it was 'nerve-racking joining a cast that all know each other
well,' but added that the stars had 'welcomed her like family.'
Her onscreen mother, Michelle Pfeiffer, also wore a dark red dress in the form of a strapless satin number.
The 54-year-old blonde wore her hair in a scrunched style and wore simple black patent stilettos.
The Batman Returns star the family matriarch in Dark Shadows, Elizabeth Collins Stoddard, and was no doubt chuffed to have been reunited with Burton.

Another star who looked cool, calm and collected in front of the camera was the main star of the film, Johnny Depp.
Dark Shadows is his eighth collaboration with Burton and Depp told the MailOnline that playing the role of vampire Barnabas Collins 'felt right' as he is a big fan of the television show – of which the film is based on.
The father-of-two opted for a monochrome look wearing a black and white blazer with black trousers and dark blue sunglasses.
Depp spent most of his time signing autographs and having his photo taken with fans who resorted to crying as they met the Hollywood star.
