Their son Zachary isn't even two-years-old yet, but Elton John and David Furnish are believed to already have baby number two on the way.
According to iPad only newspaper The Daily, the famous couple already have a chosen surrogate who is said to be in her first trimester of pregnancy.
Both Elton, 65, and David, 49, have refused to deny the happy news, and the singer's spokesperson also refused comment when approached by Mail Online.
Adding to their brood: Elton John and David Furnish are said to be expecting baby number two who will be a sibling to their one-year-old son Zachary
The Daily claims that Elton and David have 'hired the same surrogate to make another baby'.
The news, if true, will come as no surprise as it was only last week that the Rocket Man singer admitted that he doesn't want Zachary to grow up without siblings.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Daybreak, Elton said he and David are 'definitely' going to be adding to their brood in the future, saying: 'At what stage we don't know, but we definitely will. I don't want him to be an only child.'
Giving a hint: The singer suggested that he and David would like more children in an interview on Daybreak last week
However, Elton isn't the only one who wants more children, as earlier this year David also expressed his views on extending their family.
He told London's Evening Standard: 'I would like Zachary to have a sibling.
'I think he would be better with a sibling than on his own. But in terms of when, where and how, nothing’s decided yet.'
Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John was born to a surrogate mother in California on Christmas Day 2010.
Keeping it a secret: The couple refused to confirm or deny the news
David said in April that they could approach the same surrogate so that Zachary's sibling would be closely genetically related, but weren't sure if she would be willing to do so again.
However, according to The Daily, the same surrogate was used and was booked through the Center for Surrogate Parenting in Encino, California.
Elton and David managed to keep the news of their first child a best kept secret until he was born at the end of 2010, but this time it seems the cat may already be out of the bag.
