Third time lucky: Will Janine Butcher marry again after Michael Moon proposes
Given Janine Butcher's romantic history, you'd expect most men to steer well clear of the EastEnders villain.
Despite her previous husbands and fiancs ending up dead or coming dangerously close to dying, Michael Moon is the latest man to propose to the pregnant businesswoman.
But given he appears to be as evil as she is, perhaps they're a match made in heaven.
Will you marry me Michael Moon (Steve John Shepherd) proposes to Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) in Friday's episode of EastEnders
In Friday's episode of the BBC soap, Michael (Steve John Shepherd) surprises Janine (Charlie Brooks) by hiring out a lavish restaurant in a skyscraper in the City of London to get down on one knee.
When he questions whether she's the girl of his dreams, Janine brutally rejects his profession of love by insisting she doesn't believe in soulmates.
But when Michael gets down on one knee, perhaps she may swallow her words.
Despite discovering Janine has been keeping baby-related developments secret from him, Michael still loves her and wants them to share their life together.
Big decision: Janine clutches her pregnant belly as she considers Michael's proposition
In the run-up to the proposal, the couple have been seen clashing with Michael expressing his frustration that she's not letting him become involved in her pregnancy.
Janine has been attending ante-natal classes alone and even hiding a baby scan photo of their unborn child.
The pair's relationship was initially casual when they first started sleeping together last year.
But after Janine discovered she was pregnant and planned to have an abortion, Michael promised to stand by her and raise their baby together.
Of course, fans of the soap will know Janine has already been married a few times before.
Killer: Janine pushed first husband Barry Evans to his death during their honeymoon in 2004
She was briefly married to hapless Barry Evans before pushing him to his death in January 2004.
And in December 2008, her wedding day to an elderly, rich Jewish man named David came to abrupt halt when her stepmother Pat revealed her true identity – not a Jewish woman named Judith Bernstein as the groom believed.
David ended up having a heart attack and later died, prompting Janine's return to Albert Square after several years away.
Murderous: Janine's fianc Archie Mitchell (left) was murdered and she poisoned second husband Ryan Malloy's food
In 2009, she was also engaged to Archie Mitchell, splitting with him a few hours before he is murdered.
And in 2010, she wed Ryan Malloy and left him seriously ill after poisoning his food with sedatives.
They ended up splitting due to her increasingly unhinged behaviour prompted by jealously of his relationship with Stacey Branning and their baby daughter.
The proposal scenes take place in Friday March 2 episode of EastEnders on BBC1 at 8pm.
