He has been working hard on a shocking storyline as Ian Beale in EastEnders, so perhaps Adam Woodyatt hasn't had time to pop down to the gym.
The 44-year-old actor appears to have gained a bit of weight over the past few months, as he showed when he took to the pitch for a charity football match on Sunday.
Wearing a loose blue T-shirt, Adam's stomach could clearly be seen beneath the top, with the actor looking stouter than he has in previous months.

surprises to look out for at half time as well.
