The Duchess of Cornwall shared one of her favourite children's books with a rapt audience of pirates and princesses in Sweden today.
Glasses perched on the end of her nose, Camilla put her all into the reading of Julia Donaldson's best-selling children's book The Gruffalo, using different voices for the various characters.
The children at the British International Primary School, just outside Stockholm, were in fancy dress as characters from their favourite books, which the Duchess admired as she toured the classrooms with Sweden's Queen Silvia.

Onlookers said the Duchess of Cornwall performed the story of The Gruffalo brilliantly, with different voices for each animal in the Julia Donaldson book
The Duchess of Cornwall, a grandmother to four young grandchildren herself, looked incredibly relaxed as she met pupils from the school

The Duchess of Cornwall's enthusiastic performance at the primary school comes the day after Prince Charles delighted assembled children at a youth centre yesterday when he took to the basketball court in his suit to throw a few hoops.
The prince was accompanied to
Stockholm's Fryshuset Youth Centre by the Duchess of Cornwall as part of
their Diamond Jubilee tour of Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
The Duchess of Cornwall chose a simple navy silk crepe dress for the occasion, trimmed with cream and black cuffs and collars
Later in the day Camilla (third from left) and Charles (third from right) joined (from left to right) Princess Madeleine, Prince Carl Philip, King Carl XVI Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel
for an official lunch at the Royal Palace
Camilla spent the day with Queen Silvia of Sweden for this, the fourth day of their Nordic tour
Both Camilla – pictured with Sweden's Queen Silvia – and Charles have been well-received on the fun-packed tour, which has allowed them to display their lighthearted side
While at the centre yesterday, Charles and Camilla
also met some skateboarders who were keen to show off their skills. Despite their enthusiasm in other areas though, here, perhaps wisely, the prince left it to the young ones on this
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall are in Sweden as part of the Diamond Jubilee tour of Scandinavia which will see them visit Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
On day three of his Scandinavian tour, Prince Charles visited Stockholm's Fryshuset Youth Centre, where he had a go at basketball
Like his sporty son Harry, who played
beach rugby and volleyball on his recent trip to Brazil, Charles seemed to be enjoying himself as he shot some hoops
