From vampish vixen to 1950s housewife: Dita Von Teese swaps sexy look for wholesome bright dress on lunch date

She never usually leaves the house without unveiling some kind of sexy underwear or figure hugging frock.
But burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese opted for a different look for once during a lunch date in west Hollywood.
The star covered up her infamous cleavage as she stepped out in a calf-length yellow dress – just a few hours after she wore a chest-baring black frock the night before.
Very demure! Burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese covered up for a change as she channelled a 1950s housewife in bright frock
Dita had been at the Chateu Marmont with a group of friends for an evening out when she wore her usual sexy attire.
The 39-year-old showed off her curves with her lacy black underwear on show, while her hips were accentuated with the skin skimming cut.
Dita vamped up her look even more with a slick of dark red lipstick and some high heels to boot.
Gust of wind: She was dining out in the West Hollywood sunshine with make-up artist friend Gregory Arit
Summer loving: She lapped up the warm Californian weather just a day after hitting the town with friends
Feminine get-up: She ditched her usual attire of lacy underwear and figure-hugging ensembles for the refreshing new look
But she had obviously tired of the sexy ensemble as when she woke up the following morning she dressed in a more demure girly get-up.
Von Teese was spotted with her make-up artist friend Gregory Arit as they dined in the sunshine in Los Angeles.
The dancer looked like a new woman with the yellow dress which was brightened up even more with splashes of purple, green and blue.
Stark contrast: Just a few hours earlier she had headed out to the Chateau Marmont in this sexy ensemble, revealing her cleavage
And it was made even more feminine with some flowers attached at the top.
She even ditched her trademark skyhigh heels for flats, but opted for a pair in her own unique style still with large blue baubles attached to them on top of her toes.
Dita wore her hair in her usual '50s style and added a pair of glitzy sunglasses to ensure she still looked at her glamorous best.
Steady! She tottered on her heels, unlike the following day when she went for comfortable and cute flats
