He split from Georgie Thompson last month and it seems Declan Donnelly hasn”t adapted particularly well to the single life.
The 35-year-old presenter displayed a noticeably rounded stomach, perhaps the result of relying too much on beer and takeaways, as he took part in a golf match with presenting partner Ant McPartlin.
Wearing a fitted V-neck jumper and pair of beige trousers, Dec”s weight gain was noticeable as he hit the course.

But the Britain”s Got Talent presenter seemed unconcerned about his changing physique as he took part in a tournament to mark the opening of a new championship golf course at Close House near Newcastle upon Tyne.
However, it seems Dec was more than a little frustrated about his game – throwing his golf club down in frustration after messing up one particular shot.
Ant appeared to be enjoying himself, swigging from a bottle of beer as he was driven around the course in a golf buggy.
Dec and Sky Sports presenter Georgie split last month after two years together.

Speaking shortly after the break-up, Dec said: “I honestly don”t want to go into why we split.
“I”ll always have very fond memories.”
Dec, who as one half of ITV’s biggest stars Ant and Dec is on an exclusive contract said to be worth 15 million, started dating Georgie, 33, in January 2009.
The couple were set up by their mutual friend, TV host Kirsty Gallacher, and were smitten after their first few dates.

Following their break-up, a spokeperson for Dec told the Mail: ‘Dec and Georgie’s relationship has sadly come to an end. Nobody else was involved and they remain good friends.’
A friend said: ‘Dec and Georgie had a good relationship, and naturally friends were hoping it would end in marriage, but things just ran their course.
‘They’re both disappointed, but still remain very fond of each other.’
