'I could have died': Danielle Lloyd says doctors may not have discovered her life-threatening blood clot if she hadn't had breast surgery
Danielle Lloyd has revealed she 'could have died' if she hadn't gone ahead with a scheduled breast operation.
The 28-year-old model told her Twitter followers that if the surgery hadn't happened, doctors wouldn't have discovered the blood clot which put her life in danger.
Danielle made the revelation as she hit back at critics who said she shouldn't have gone under the knife again with two young children to think about.

She tweeted: 'People might think am selfish 4
wanting a boob job but if I didn't have an op they wouldn't have found
the clot & I could of died! (sic)'
Danielle then added that she did not have the new implants fitted because it was too dangerous.
She wrote: 'I
couldn't have the op & my implants removed as it was 2 dangerous so
now I have 2 hope I get better 2 have them replaced before my wedding.'

The mother-of-two revealed last night that she was receiving a blood transfusion in hospital after losing a lot of blood during the surgery.
She originally sparked concern among her fans when she tweeted simply, 'blood transfusion.'
After receiving a barrage of messages
from concerned followers, Danielle explained: 'Thanks 4 ur support had a
scheduled breast op but Dr's found a blood
clot & I lost lots of blood so now having a transfusion am in good
hand & I will hopefully be home to my family tomorrow scary times
love my family so much (sic).'
The former Celebrity Big Brother
contestant revealed in a recent interview that she was planning on
having further breast surgery before her wedding to fianc Jamie O'Hara.

She previously went under the knife
in 2007 to boost her 32AA size to a D, but admitted her breasts had
changed since becoming a mother.

January. 'They’re still in good shape, but they’ve stretched a bit due
to breastfeeding. I’m a D-cup now and happy with that, so I want to stay
around the same size.'
is not the first health scare the family have suffered. In July last
year, Danielle and Jamie's second son Harry was born 10 weeks premature
and remained in intensive care for five weeks.
