Who's that girl Crystal Renn is unrecognisable on cover of W magazine
Crystal Renn is a bit of a style chameleon – her dress sense fluctuates almost as much as her weight – but you can usually count on dark smouldering eyes and black clothes.
So even those used to seeing the former plus-size model in her various guises will struggle to recognise her latest incarnation.
On the cover of March's issue of W Korea, Renn sports a short yellow bob, bright green eye-shadow and dark pink lips.

It's a far cry from her usual bare-faced look – and it is great to see the model with a little weight on her bones again.
The American 25-year-old model is wearing a dress from the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012 collection. When the collection was presented, Kate Moss joined the models on an elaborate carousel. Here the colourful make-up has given the dress an edgier angle.
Crystal Renn is perhaps even more famous for her fluctuating weight than for her modelling.
She was scouted in her home town of
Clinton, Mississippi when she was just 14 years old.
apparently told Renn she would need to lose a third of her total body
weight in order to have a successful career. But after years of battling with anorexia, she gained 70 pounds
and re-emerged as a plus-size model.

She even penned a book called Hungry: A Young Model's Story of Appetite,
Ambition and the Ultimate Embrace of Curves, about her experiences in
the fashion industry in relation to her several body type
However, she soon began shedding the pounds blaming a 'horrible breakup' – her two-year marriage to longtime boyfriend Gregory Vrecenak ended in 2009.
Now Renn has come under fire in the plus-size community for her new figure.
'Everyone rallied around her and now she’s turned against us,' PLUS
Model Magazine Editor-in-Chief Madeline Jones told RadarOnline.com.
Style chameleon: Former plus-size model, Renn,
was once size 16 (right in 2009) but has also struggled with anorexia
'We have been betrayed by her.
'Crystal was the biggest plus size supermodel in our era and a lot of readers aspired to be like her.
'We supported her one hundred percent.
In response, Renn said: 'I've been a double-zero, children's clothes, at 95 pounds, and I've been all the way up to a size 16 and everything in between.
[Now I’m] a 6, 8, sometimes a 10 depending on what designer I'm wearing. And that's an interesting place to be in fashion, where extremes are the norm.’
