Could Pippa Middleton be moving to New York Rumour mill in overdrive after socialite is 'spotted apartment-hunting'

Pippa Middleton was apparently apartment-hunting in New York City today.
According to the photo agency Splash,
the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, who turns 29 tomorrow, was pictured entering a
residential building in Manhattan.
The caption on the images distributed by the agency describes the woman accompanying Miss Middleton as 'a realtor'.

The pair were seen arriving at the
building in a yellow cab. Pippa emerged from the vehicle looking
polished as ever in a light chambray top, red jeans and her favourite beige
She completed the look with a Kate Spade wicker bag and white-framed sunglasses despite the dreary grey weather.
Earlier in the day and a friend had breakfast out on the Upper East Side.
Of course news of Pippa's 'apartment-hunting' appears to be based on little more than speculation.

That has not stopped the U.S. rumour mill from spinning into overdrive at the prospect, though.
The Huffington Post wrote of the story: 'We have some news, and by news we mean speculation, and by speculation
we mean the best thing you've heard all day.'
Pippa will likely be spending more
time in the U.S. as she promotes her upcoming book, Celebrate: A Year of
Festivities for Families and Friends.
And already she appears to have fallen in with an elite crowd.
In an opulent welcome hotelier Andre
Balazs, who is reportedly worth more than $450 million, flew her by
seaplane – a trip that costs $525 for a single journey – to his resort,
Sunset Beach, on Shelter Island on Sunday.
Earlier in the day the pair enjoyed breakfast out on Manhattan's Upper East Side
Pippa made the most of the warm summer temperatures as she walked around the city after leaving breakfast
Later that evening, the New York Daily News reported that she was
spotted at the Electric Room at Dream Downtown in the Meatpacking
district with former New York Ranger Sean Avery.
And yesterday, she attended day nine of the U.S. Open as a guest of Roger Federer, seated next to dark-haired, 6ft 3in Spencer Vegosen, 24, a Harvard graduate and accomplished tennis player and the son of the president of the U.S.Tennis Association.
According to the New York Post, 'there was definite chemistry between the pair'.
Miss Middleton and Mr Vegosen then enjoyed a lavish dinner at the Le
Bernardin restaurant, which is famous for its seafood.

She did allow for a little down-time
this morning, hitting Central Park for a spot of rollerblading and an
iced coffee with some friends.
It has been suggested that Pippa is staying at the Carlyle Hotel located in the Upper East Side, where Roger Federer also has a suite, where rooms start at $600 and reach $15,000 – without taxes.
There is also speculation that Pippa might make an appearance at New York
Fashion Week, which kicks off today.
Labels are keeping her name
on any show or party guest lists, should she wish to attend, the New
York Daily News reported.
