She may be busy being a pop star for the second time around, but Steps singer Claire Richards has shown its not just music that's close to her heart, continuing to share her love of baking with the nation.
Already given the sweet challenge of trying to find Britain's best baker, Claire appeared on Daybreak this morning to try and slice out the competition.
The Tragedy singer then rewarded herself with a job well done by hitting the shops as she was seen later this morning with a rather large looking Vivienne Westwood bag.

appearance on Daybreak during Lorraine Kelly's segment of the show, and
helped to judge a cake baking competition.

On the show the singer looked demure in a black French Connection wrap dress which had pink and orange line detail.

Two weeks ago she suffered a very embarrassing incident whilst on stage with her band Steps when she got stuck in a glass pod.
the singer was pictured shopping in Oxford Street but she appeared to
be trying to cover up her curves in her khaki jacket.
The 34-year-old singer was spotted in Selfridge's no doubt treating herself to a few new bits and bobs following the end of the 90s group's mammoth reunion tour.
Claire wore a black top and a black pair of leggings underneath her jacket, and she teamed the outfit up with a beige Ugg boots and sunglasses.
It appears the Deeper Shade of Blue singer brought something from the Vivienne Westwood concession as she was seen holding a rather large bag with the brand's logo on it.

Steps' highly successful reunion tour ended this month and went on as planned without any major problems, however, as they opened their fourth show, in Glasgow, tragedy struck the 90s chart toppers in comic fashion as the expensive set design imprisoned one member of the group.
The five-some began the show by being raised up onto the stage in separate glass lifts that resembled futuristic space pods, and unfortunately, Claire Richards got stuck inside her glass tomb as her band mates emerged singing and dancing.
A sold out Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre noticed instantly that one of the fabulous five was missing and Claire, 34, was withdrawn from the stage and her capsule disappeared below the set.
As Lee Latchford-Evans, Faye Tozer, Lisa Scott-Lee and Ian 'H' Watkins made their way down the stairs, Claire dashed on from the side of the stage just in time to perform.
