She may have been criticised in the past for her sometimes-predictable fashion sense.
But as she left The X Factor studios on Sunday night, Caroline Flack looked every inch the style icon as she sported a sexy knee-length classic beige mac.
The Xtra Factor presenter showed off
her perfect pins in a pair of small black shorts which she teamed with a
white blouse for the ITV2 spin-off show.

And as she left the venue she pulled on her mac, stopping to chat with friend and Syco executive Russell Eslamifar before giving him a quick peck on the cheek goodbye.
Co- host Olly Murs even joked on The
Xtra Factor on Sunday night that people should lay off criticising
Caroline for always wearing shorts.
Olly joked: ‘People said it was wrong
and now it’s time for me to defend you… For everyone watching there is
nothing wrong with Caroline Flack wearing shorts every day.’
added: ‘Her legs get really sweaty in jeans. I don’t want to have to
talk about it more, alright It’s the end of the subject.’

The presenter left the studios after a dramatic results night on The X Factor, which saw country singing Carolynne Poole getting the boot over ‘joke act’ Rylan Clark.
Perhaps Caroline was in a hurry as she was up early to talk to Holly and Phil on This Morning about the previous night’s drama.

Louis Walsh chose to save Caroline, but crucially changed his mind after a word from producer Richard Holloway, taking the vote to deadlock.
Receiving the lowest amount of public votes, Carolynne was eliminated from the TV talent contest – which led to mentor Gary Barlow storming off the stage and branding Rylan a ‘joke act’.
Caroline and her co-presenter Olly were left to pick up the pieces with a tearful Carolynne on The Xtra Factor on ITV2 straight after the decision was made.
Appearing on This Morning on Monday, Caroline was dragged into the X Factor ‘fix’ row as many viewers pointed to the producer’s chat with Louis as the reason why Carolynne was eliminated.
She said: 'The producers always speak to the judges all the way through the show. They need to be told what's going on – if there's a technical fault or whatever, that's what happens because they don't have earpieces.
'The shot of Louis speaking to Richard may have looked like that but I wasn't there so I can't say what they spoke about.'
Caroline also said defended host Dermot, who had been accused of not taking Louis' decision to save Carolynne and pushing him to change his mind.
She said: 'It has been the same over the whole nine years that we have been doing X Factor. Dermot has to wait until he hears the judge say, “I want to send home…”. He has to wait to hear that phrase before he can accept the decision.'
A good laugh: A slightly manic looking Caroline arrived wearing a very similar look at This Morning the next day
Caroline also spoke about why judge Gary Barlow reacted by storming off the stage after the decision was announced.
‘Gary was very upset – from the start, he hasn't been a Rylan fan, he's been very vocal about that, he just isn't into what he does. I had a feeling he was going to walk off – I could see it in his face and he just went.
‘He came back on in our show and he just explained that it should have been based on the sing off – but at the end of the day, it did come down to the public vote and Carolynne did get the least votes so the public actually decided that she would be going home.’
Discussion: Caroline appeared on This Morning with Holly and Phil to discuss the previous night's drama on Monday morning
The presenter defended Gary’s wild
card act Christopher Maloney who was branded a ‘diva by judges Louis
Walsh, Tulisa Contostavlos and Nicole Scherzinger on her show The Xtra
‘I get to know the
contestants quite well, that's part of my job to become friends with
everybody because we like to see a different side to them on The Xtra
Factor and I've never seen that side to him – he's always very very
pleasant to us so that is complete news to me but I don't see them just
before they are about to go on stage. ‘
added: ‘Gary hates all the backstage gossip and it takes it back to
last year with Misha B and the whole thing with her supposedly not being
nice to the other contestants and it does change people’s opinions…
So sometimes it’s not fair to bring out what goes on backstage, but
sometimes people do want to know.’
Tears: Caroline and Carolynne appeared on the show, with Carolynne saying that she'd never audition for The X Factor again
