She revealed earlier this week that she credits not having weighed herself for the past 12 years as her diet secret.
And on Wednesday, Carol Vorderman proved that the unconventional method of staying slim is most definitely working for her, as she showed off her enviable figure in a 110 bodycon- style dress from Diva Catwalk.
The 51-year-old star drew attention to her feminine curves in the outfit, which featured red and blue stripes and a visible zip down the back – making it similar in style to the Victoria Beckham dresses she favours.
It's working for her! Carol Vorderman showed off her curves in another show-stopping outfit on Wednesday, after admitting she hasn't weighed herself for the past 12 years
Enviable figure: Carol teamed her red and blue striped dress with a pair of pointed nude court shoes, which made her legs look even longer
Carol topped off her outfit with a
pair of nude court shoes, which served to make her legs look even
longer, as she left the ITV studios after hosting Loose Women.
She finished off her outfit by leaving her blonde hair loose in tumbling curls as she headed home from her work day.
Carol's show-stopping outfit came
after she revealed in an interview with Radio Times magazine that
despite having a figure most women dream of, looking good is not on the
top of her priority list.
Dressed to impress: Carol described herself in the Radio Times as a 'saggy-bellied mother-of-two', but fans of the presenter will no doubt disagree
Describing herself as a 'saggy-bellied mother-of-two', Carol said: 'I haven't weighed myself since I went on a detox at 39. I'd probably have the shock of my life.'
The star is currently working on a new ITV cookery contests where she gets to taste food all day long, and says she's having the best time on it and eats without guilt.
But despite claiming she steps out in leggings and a jeans in her every day life in Bristol, she does admit she dyes her hair to get rid of any grey.
'I don't worry about my looks going. Of course I dye my hair, I prefer it not to be grey.'
But don't talk to her about plastic surgery as Carol refused the answer any questions about it, saying she was so bored of the topic.
In the interview, the star further talks about women in general and their need to criticise each other on what they look like.
Saying she'd like to see them encouraging each other more, the star said: 'They comment on what they look like, wear and say far more than they would about men.'
