Day off the diet! Britain's Biggest Loser weds long-term love after weight loss gives him confidence to pop the question

After losing nearly 22 stone since appearing on ITV's Biggest Loser 2012, Kevin McLernon has now also lost his single status.
The weight loss champion married his long-term girlfriend, Joanne Chard, at an intimate ceremony in York last week.
Kevin and Joanne met ten years ago in a bar but it was only after losing weight that Kevin said he had the confidence to pop the question.

He said: 'We always had a good relationship, but my weight was like a big black cloud hanging over us.'
Kevin, 39, was the heaviest ever contestant when he entered the Biggest Loser house weighing 32st 2lb earlier this year.
He managed to drop to 19st 4lb to be crowned champion and has lost another two-and-a-half stone since.
Kevin's niece, Amy McLernon, also appeared on the show dropping from 19st to 12st 11lb. She was among the family and friends who joined Kevin and Joanne, 35, to celebrate their nuptials.

Four of their fellow contestants and some of the production crew from the ITV show also travelled up from London.
Kevin said marrying Joanne was the 'highlight of my weight loss journey.'
He said: 'We had the most fantastic wedding day. We went with just our parents to York got married and went for afternoon champagne tea.

'It was perfect and everything we wanted. When I saw Joanne in her wedding dress, I was just blown away. She looked absolutely beautiful.
'The evening party was really good as well and it was great that so many people could be there to celebrate with us.
'I am so lucky, getting married to Joanne was the highlight of my weight loss journey and we have loads of adventures planned.'

Joanne added: 'I was never one of those people who dreamt about being a bride, but I absolutely loved it. It just went by in a whirlwind. It was over too soon.'
Now the new Mr and Mrs McLernon are looking forward to a honeymoon. But, for Kevin, who is training to be a personal trainer to help other people shed weight, it will soon be back to business.
He said: 'After all that eating and drinking at the wedding, I need to get back in the gym.'
