The 1961 film starred the playwright's wife Monroe, and premiered shortly after the couple's divorce.
Olympia told the Mail Online exclusively: 'I find it so great that Michelle chose The Misfits as she just played Marilyn. Smart choice!
'That's exactly the way I like my bags to be worn. For the book and for the bag!'
Le- Tan's embroidered handbags are already popular among A-listers including Tilda Swinton, Clmence Posy and Natalie Portman.
Natalie chose one of Olympia's Lolita bags to carry at the New York premiere of Black Swan in 2010, while Clmence carried one at the Harry Potter premiere in London.
The Paris-based designer has previously worked at Chanel and Balmain, before launching her own accessories label in 2009.
