Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are to launch a scent under their Elizabeth & James label next spring.

Millionaires at the age of ten, the duo have been applauded for their business nous and last year they topped Forbes' list of the most influential young entrepreneurs in the retail business.

Their fragrance, which will be stocked exclusively at Sephora stores, will be the first since they ventured into the world of high fashion in 2007.

Previously they had a teen beauty line at Walmart which included fragrances and a range of body sprays.

Confirming the deal, Michael McGeever, senior vice president
of Sephora Originals, which handles the retailer’s
partnerships, told WWD:'We look forward
to bringing the modern perspective and fashion philosophy of Elizabeth
and James designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen to life with this
prestige fragrance.'

While the date has been set it isn't known what the Olsen's fragrance will be called or what notes it will feature.

The 26-year-old twins have listed Prada's Tendre Eau de Parfum, Marc Jacobs' Grapefruit
Splash, Black Orchid by Tom Ford, CK Euphoria and L'artisan Mure et Musc
as some of their top smells in the past.

The news comes after they unveiled their spring / summer 2013 collection of their luxury label The Row at New York Fashion Week.

On Monday models walked the runway in almost exclusively single-coloured ensembles, with cream being the dominant colour. The Olsens described their pieces as 'a world of pure, soft and delicate lightness'.

Adding that the line was 'inspired by the 18th century scrolls of Ito Jakuchu, depicting the Japanese traditions of bird-and-flower paintings.'

To date their CVs include TV shows, feature films, fashion lines and in 2008 they released a fashion book, which featured interviews with some of their favourite designers.

Currently their Elizabeth & James brand, named after their siblings, stocks jewellery, shoes,
eye wear and fashion.
