Comeback kid Amelia Lily proved she was more than just an X Factor bronze medalist as she launched her first solo single, on Saturday night.
The blonde haired pop star returned to popular London nightclub G-A-Y, to promote debut single You Bring Me Joy.
The 17-year-old wowed the sell out crowd as she treated them to a few previews from her upcoming debut album.
Top star: Former X Factor star Amelia Lily decorated her arm with a fake tattoo as she launched her debut single at G-A-Y
Arriving at the club earlier in the evening she hung out backstage and took in the atmosphere of the venue as the place began to fill up.
Amelia had even given herself a temporary tattoo to mark the occasion, and she was keen to show it off prior to her performance.
The wannabe pop chick had written the name of her single and the date of its release along her right arm.

Talk of the town: Amelia took to the stage and wowed the sell out crowd with her great vocals and contagious energy
Comeback kid: The singer, who finished third on last year's X Factor, was joined on stage by some male backing dancers
While backstage Amelia wore a cosmic stellar print dress with a cutaway middle but she changed before taking to the stage.
The teenager wore a white strapless sequined peplum top which she teamed with a pair of very tight black Lycra shorts and studded ankle boots.
Her new commercial sound is a far cry from the rock ballads she often sang on the X Factor, last year.
Rocking out: Amelia enjoyed her time on stage and treated the audience to a preview of other album tracks
Rock chick: The 17-year-old pulled some classic hardcore poses backstage, but is trying to move away from the rock scene
Speaking to Yahoo.com, she said: 'I'm not a rock singer so I wanted to get away from that because people were looking at me as a rock singer.
'I think everyone was expecting the next Kelly Clarkson or Pink from me and I didn't want to be the next somebody else I wanted to be Amelia Lily.'
She added: 'You bring me Joy' was actually one of the first songs I recorded in the studio in February.
'I really connected with the chorus of the song and thought that this could be something special.'
Trying too hard: Amelia said that she wants to distance herself from rock music and the pop scene is more her thing
