Moving in: Adele has bought a new home in Brighton

It looks as though the suspected ghouls and ghosts that occupied her old Sussex home have pushed Adele out of the property.

The Make You Feel My Love singer has bought a lush 2.5million house in Brighton that gives her amazing views of the sea.

The 23-year-old starlet had been searching the popular seaside area and its neighboring Hove for months but was unable to find anywhere.

Finally, with the help of boyfriend Simon Konecki, she found a trendy pad right by the beach and the couple have reportedly bought it together.

Other famous residents in the Brighton area include Peter Andre, ex boxer Chris Eubank, and DJ Fatboy Slim.

The famous record producer, who lives there with wife Zoe Ball, told The Sun newspaper that Adele will fit in well with the local celebrities.

He told the newspaper: 'She will fit in fine — we've got a little community on the beach at Brighton.'

A source told the newspaper: 'Adele fell in love with the house she's buying immediately. It's not as big as the rented place but it's beautiful and they have a gorgeous sea view.'

The singer, who is originally from Tottenham, north London, recently rented a ten-bedroom mansion in Sussex, which she thought was haunted.

She reportedly moved her bodyguard into the luxury pad because she was so afraid of things going bump in the night, but has now decided to move home altogether.
